take an amount of money and leave the credit card at home

by Nili
(Israel)

When I go shopping especially in the shuk, I plan to spend 25dollars for the vegetables anf fruits. So it is the only amount of money I have with me.
I go with a prepared list already to the market (shuk), and this way I don't get over the bufget I fixed to myself and also I get all the things I need.
If some fruits are too expensive, than I will choose someting cheaper. And if 25dollars is not enough, than I decide what is the most important on my list and that is what I am going to buy.
And this way I have a control on my expenses.
And the bank cards are at home so I have to menage with the amount I have with me
